First off, we at All Tech Raceway would like to thank each and everyone for making our first night back in 3 months a great success!
First Feature of the night would be our Pure Stock Division. Green Flag would wave, spin coming off of turn two would cause us a caution.Green is out, we would see Jason Garver (01) Pinky lead us to the flag stand. Charging hard is Patrick Williams (56) and Nevin Gainey (33) making their way to the front. Good tight racing all over the field. Williams (56) would take the lead from Garver (01). Man, we have a lot of seasoned drivers up front. But, will they overcome some of these young guns? In fact we have two father and son duos in this group. Nevin Gainey (33), Eddie Gainey (41), Bubba Roling (18) and John Roling (18R). After a caution we are three wide under the flag stand. Now we see them four wide for sixth place coming out of turn four. Man! This race is exciting! But we would see Patrick Williams (56) lead them under the checkered flag followed by Mike Tovett (1shot), Patrick Thomas (25), Justin Reynolds (20) and John Roling (18R) round out your top five.
Next up would be our Reeds Metal 602 Class. Green Flag would wave with Nevin Gainey (17) making his move coming out of turn two, taking him straight to the front and leading us to the flag stand. On the move is Bubba Roling (18) up to third now. Now battling back would be Brendon Smith (17ssjr) trying take back his spot from Roling (18). As Smith (17ssjr) falls back, we see Roling (18) up to second place now. Bringing the field to the Checkered Flag would be Nevin Gainey (17), Bubba Roling (18), Brenden Smith (17ssjr), Jackson Hise (388) and Devin Walker (55) rounding out your top five.
Next up would be our Street Stock Division. We would see Shawn Taylor (83) bringing back to the flag stand. Now we see Heath Walker (55) take the lead. As we see Taylor (83) battling hard with Mike Stalnaker for second. But as we have tuned out on this race a caution would finished the race. We would see Heath Walker (55) lead them to the checkered flag followed by Patrick Mendenhall (16), Jason Garver (12), Jonathan Crain (31) and Shawn Taylor round out your top five.
Last feature of the night would be our 604 Late Models. With 37 entries into the Powell Family Memorial Warm Up. With that many showing up for the warm up, just how many will we get for the Powell Family Memorial in two weeks? Green flag would wave we would see Mark Whitener (5) lead us to the flag stand. We are two and three wide all throughout the field. Now we set our eyes on Will Herrington (81) who is now chasing down Whitener (5). Will he be able to take it from him? On lap seven we would see Herrington (81) do a slide job coming out of turn four to take the top spot from Whitener (5). Caution would stack the field back up. Making for close racing again. With 5 to go we are nose to tail for the top 5 cars. Leading them to the checkered flag would be Will Herrington (81), Mark Whitener (5), Garrett Mosley (38m), Jason Fitzgerald (7f) and Chris Lovett (38) round out your top five.
B-Main Winner would be Joe Jump (721)
Features are as they cross the finish line, not after the tech shed or tire samples.
